Fourth Watch

Can you trust God when you cannot see Him?

The fourth watch is the coldest, longest stretch of the night. It is when strength is gone, the shore feels no closer, and dawn has not yet appeared.

It is also when Jesus comes walking across the water.

Fourth Watch explores what it means to trust God when fear is loud, answers are delayed, and obedience must come before understanding. Through the stories of people throughout Scripture, it reveals a God who meets His people at the edge, provides what they cannot provide for themselves, and remains present even when He seems silent.

Trust is not something you manufacture through willpower. It grows as you come to know the One who is asking for it. Faith is the noun. Trust is the verb. And sometimes the water you fear is the very place where Jesus will meet you.
